Teresa Ratliff joined CCMC Health System in 2023 as a Staff Accountant and was promoted to Controller in March 2025. A native of Stephenville, Texas, Teresa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Tarleton State University.
Prior to joining CCMC, Teresa spent 34 years with an oil and gas equipment manufacturing company, where she held roles in accounting, production scheduling, planning, and information technology. Her extensive experience in financial management and operational support brings valuable expertise to CCMC Health System’s leadership team.
Teresa is passionate about supporting the organization’s mission of providing quality healthcare close to home for the communities it serves. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her five children and seven grandchildren, with two more grandchildren expected soon.
