Lisa B. Nowlin is a Certified Public Accountant and the owner of Lisa B. Nowlin, CPA, PC, a practice she has successfully led for more than 30 years. A resident of De Leon for 37 years, Lisa has been an active and committed member of her community, serving through First Baptist Church De Leon, Lingleville Baptist Church, the De Leon ISD School Board, and several other local organizations.
Her longstanding dedication to the region includes a deep commitment to supporting accessible, high-quality healthcare. Lisa is passionate about the continued growth and success of Comanche County Medical Center and understands the vital role rural healthcare plays in the well-being of families and communities.
With decades of professional experience and a strong heart for service, Lisa brings valued insight and leadership to the CCMC Health System Board, helping strengthen the community she has proudly called home for nearly four decades.
