Kristine Bremer Kirk directs the philanthropy initiatives of the CCMC Health System. An experienced development professional, she forges relationships with diverse stakeholders in the hospital, in Texas, and across the U.S., that grow support for the CCMC Health System. From 2019 to 2023, Kristine led the development and implementation of strategic marketing and public relations programs which helped establish and grow new clinics, pharmacies, and service lines. She organized the Legacy for Generations Campaign which has raised over $1.1 million in charitable support for the new Legacy Estate Long Term Care center.
Before joining CCMC, Kristine was a consultant to public media organizations. Earlier in her career, she served as a nonprofit executive director, university development officer, media account executive, and retail startup manager.
Kristine serves on the Board of Directors of the Comanche County Healthcare Foundation which raises funds from community members and businesses to support the patient care initiatives of both Comanche County Medical Center and Comanche County Consolidated Hospital District. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the nonprofit Court Appointed Special Advocates (C.A.S.A.) in the Heart of Texas supporting children in the foster care system and is active in area Chamber of Commerce events and professional organizations, including the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy.
A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Kristine has lived on both coasts and in the heartland. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and holds a Master of Science from the University of Colorado Denver Business School. Kristine and her husband have raised four children, and now raise cattle on their farm in Comanche County.
