As the Director of Security and Emergency Preparedness Management, Carla leads her team in overseeing all aspects of security operations, ensuring the safety and security of CCMC and the CCCHD Healthcare System. Carla and her team are dedicated to optimizing emergency preparedness, ensuring that we are always ready to respond effectively when needed.
Carla brings a diverse background in security to her role. Her previous experience includes working at a chemical plant, a sports bar, and serving as a Juvenile Detention Officer. She has been with the healthcare system for over a year and continually seeks to expand her knowledge, particularly in the area of Emergency Preparedness.
