Experience:
- Has been a full time Inpatient/outpatient physician
- Primary care physician for 12 years
- Owned her own practice focusing on primary care and urgent care for 6 years
- Immediately before coming to Comanche, she has been working at an urgent care facility in Kihei, Hawaii
Education:
- Attended John A. Burns School of Medicine to receive her MD
- Penn State University/Geisinger Family Practice Residency Program
Dr. Onishi attended community college, university and medical school while a housewife and mother, raising three sons. She and her fiancé are currently developing a commercial goat ranch as well as a private residence in Comanche County and they are looking forward to being a part of the Comanche community.
