Comanche County Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Non-Commissioned Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our patients, visitors, employees, and facilities. This position is responsible for patrolling hospital properties, monitoring safety concerns, responding to incidents, assisting visitors, enforcing facility policies, and providing excellent customer service throughout the campus.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, demonstrate professionalism under pressure, and have the ability to de-escalate situations while protecting people and property. Duties include conducting security patrols, completing incident reports, assisting with parking and vehicle issues, providing escorts, interacting with law enforcement and emergency responders, and serving as a visible security presence throughout the hospital campus.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and insurable driving record required
- Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Security License required
- Level III Commissioned Security License required within one year of hire
- FEMA ICS 100, 200, and 700 certifications required within one month of hire
- Previous security, EMS, law enforcement, military, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and report-writing skills required
Frequent walking, standing, and patrol activities; ability to safely intervene in emergency situations and assist patients, visitors, or staff as needed.
