Responsible for data collection, analysis, and input into medical record.
Job Functions
- Will monitor emails, voice messages, answering service spreadsheet, and walk-in patient requests for information.
- Will respond to the request for information in a timely manner.
- Perform call backs in a timely manner while establishing an organized system for managing all information:
- Expedite patient application information as needed for prompt evaluation/assessment of patient’s eligibility for the program.
- Report generation for management review
- Protocol Quality Control Assessment
- Serve as the Answering Service Coordinator
- Coordinate information gathering and timely patient response with all operating units
- Demonstrates cooperation, flexibility, and understanding under pressure.
- Protects confidentiality of patient, employee and hospital records.
- The job duties are performed in courteous efficient, profession manner.
- Can identify all forms and programs and demonstrate proper applications as related to the department.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, staff, patients and visitors.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Basic Statistics 101 referred.
