Ann Ellison, FNP-C, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 22 years of nursing experience, including 15 years providing comprehensive primary care to patients across Central Texas. She has cared for individuals and families of all ages, building a reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care.
Ann earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. She has also completed additional training as a certified BioTE® hormone provider.
Her clinical interests include primary care, functional medicine, women’s health, chronic disease management, and hormone optimization and wellness for both women and men.
Ann believes exceptional healthcare begins with listening. Her philosophy of care combines evidence-based medicine with compassionate, individualized treatment, empowering patients to take an active role in achieving their health and wellness goals.
In recognition of her dedication to outstanding patient care, Ann was honored as Provider of the Year in Early, Texas, in 2026.
Outside the clinic, Ann enjoys life on her family’s ranch in Stephenville, Texas. She loves cheering on her children at rodeos and school sporting events, reading, and traveling.
Ann is now accepting new patients at Cornerstone Family Medicine and looks forward to partnering with individuals and families throughout the Comanche community to support their health and wellness at every stage of life.
