Please be informed that Dr. Hirsch will be out of the office and unavailable for appointments until late October 2024. Dr. Hirsch has a wealth of knowledge in Medical Oncology, Internal Medicine, and Hospice & Palliative Care. Hirsch received his medical degree from University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School, completed his residency at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, and completed several clinical fellowships in his specialties.
Hirsch is a founder of the Cancer Services Network, an Abilene-based nonprofit foundation helping area cancer patients, survivors, families, and caregivers through direct financial and other support programs. He is well-known for his quality of care for patients; most recently he practiced at regional medical centers in Brownwood and Abilene.
