Pat Young, born and raised in Stephenville, Texas, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the CCMC Health System leadership team. He graduated from Stephenville High School and went on to earn his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he also played baseball. Furthering his education, Pat earned a Master of Business Administration in Management from Tarleton State University.
Pat’s career spans over 34 years in supervisory and management roles, primarily in warehouse, shipping, distribution, and transportation management. He retired from TechnipFMC in 2018 and transitioned to the healthcare field as the Clinic Manager for Dublin Family Medicine in 2019. Following the acquisition of Dublin Family Medicine by CCMC in 2020, Pat has continued to serve as the Clinic Manager, providing steadfast leadership and commitment to the community.
Pat is married to Amy Egdorf Young, APRN, FNP-C, and they have two children: Elizabeth Young, APRN, FNP-C, and Nicholas Young, who, along with his wife Maranda, has three children. Pat’s family is deeply rooted in the healthcare profession, further underscoring his dedication to the field.
