In December 2019, Comanche County Medical Center welcomed the appointment of Hong C. Wade, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer for the organization. Mrs. Wade has joined CCMC with broad experience in financial management, business accounting, auditing, budget planning and management. Most recently she served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Sweeny Hospital District in southeast Texas, leading all finance activities of Sweeny’s eight facilities with 30 departments and $20M in fixed assets. Mrs. Wade supervised a 25-person staff, and was responsible for finance and accounting, business planning, treasury, payroll, budgeting, forecasting and contract negotiations. She has extensive experience as a financial controller as well. Earlier in her career she led accounting operations and teams for Texas-based investment and software firms. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master of Science (MS) in Accounting.
