Comanche County Medical Center (CCMC) teamed up with Carter BloodCare to host a blood drive in support of a young De Leon student. The blood drive, held Friday, January 3 at the hospital at 10201 Highway 16 North, Comanche, was organized by CCMC staff in coordination with Carter BloodCare, one of Texas’ largest blood centers. Donating blood supports the blood and platelet needs of the nation. Over 50 donors gave blood during the drive. For information about donating blood visit carterbloodcare.org or redcross.org.
