Blanca Martineau brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Business Development Manager & Occupational Health and Interventional Pain Manager at CCMC Health System. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Quito, Ecuador, Blanca has also completed Human Relations and Seminary certifications, along with English studies in Ecuador and at Brigham Young University.
Blanca’s healthcare journey began as a nurse’s assistant in a nursing home in Bear Lake, Idaho, where she completed a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course and discovered her passion for elder care. Recognized for her potential by a hospital administrator, she transitioned into a managerial role for a new doctor in town. Under his mentorship, Blanca earned certifications as a Medical Assistant and Professional Coder, maintaining her Professional Coder certification with the American Academy of Professional Coders for over 25 years.

With extensive experience managing medical practices, Blanca ensures compliance with evolving laws and regulations, attending numerous seminars to stay current. Her entrepreneurial spirit is evident as the co-owner of Green Valley Tile (together with her husband) and Thrive Medical Coding and Billing, LLC. Initially joining CCMC as a consultant, she accepted a permanent position under Dr. Troxell’s leadership, where she shares her 32+ years of medical field expertise.

Blanca’s diverse interests include certifications as a yoga and Pilates instructor, an E-RYT® 500 certification, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider®, and a Fascia Release certification. Additionally, she has honed her skills in the culinary arts, becoming a skilled sugar artist and holding a Food Safety Manager Certification.
Actively involved in her community, representing the CCMC Health System, Blanca serves as a trustee on the local school board district in Texas, a Director in the Dublin Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, 2026 President-Elect for the Dublin Rotary Club, and a board member of the Dublin Historical Society. She has completed the BYU Pathway Worldwide program and earned a Community Health Planning and Implementation Certificate from Brigham Young University, with plans for further certifications.

Blanca is married to Wyatt Martineau, celebrating 37 years together, and they cherish their four successful children, their spouses, and their ten grandchildren. Their children include Bryan Martineau, a real estate investor in Salt Lake City, Utah; Chandler Martineau, a U.S. Special Forces Green Beret; Future son in law Tony Taimi, serving an LDS mission in Australia; Windy Kay Mallek, working remotely for New York Life with her renowned chef husband; and Raegan Martineau, who will marry Tony in December 2024.
